Champagne Cuvée Rosée Version Gourmande by Jean Plener is the result of the blending of 58% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay with the addition of 12% Vin Rouge de Bouzy, from vineyards in Bouzy, a 100% Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims. Aging in oak barrels and dosage 8 g/l.

Bright and intense pink color, floral and fresh nose, with fine aromas of white fruit, strawberry and a touch of vanilla biscuit. On the palate, the Champagne is suave, balanced and fine; seduces by the generosity of its aromas of fresh fruit and pastry. Elegant, long and refreshing finish, supported by a nice acidity.

Combining the strength of Pinot Noir with the delicacy of Chardonnay, the Champagne Cuvée Rosée Version Gourmande has the character to accompany a meal, an aperitif or dessert.
