Champagne Cuvée Brut Version Classique by Jean Plener is the result of the blending of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from vineyards in Bouzy, a 100% Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims. Signature “classic” version of the Domaine, this Champagne ages 4 years on its yeasts and has a dosage of 7.2 g/l (Brut).

Brilliant yellow-gold colour, fine and delicate aromas of fresh fruit (peach, apricot) and dried fruit (walnuts and almonds) stand out on the nose; the palate is soft, fresh and balanced, with a long finish. Champagne for every moment, ideal for an aperitif.
