Le grain de Beauté – Les Paulets 2014

Every year, Domaine Jacques Lassaigne offers different Cuvées with rather experimental vinifications to express the aromas of the depth of the Montgueux terroir in an original way. The 2014 vintage of Champagne Le grain de Beauté is a Blanc de Blancs resulting from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in the lieu-dit Les Paulets. Fermented in fût de chêne and a resting period of at least 4 years before disgorgement, this wine has no final dosage – making it a Brut Nature. A resolutely vibrant and elegant Champagne, finely chiselled with superb minerality, a Blanc de Blancs as exceptional as it is informal.
