Clos Sainte-Sophie is a very small parcel (0.4 hectares) located on the hill of the village Montgueux. These extraordinary vineyards of Chardonnay is owned by the family Valton since 1909 and is now runned by Emmanuel Lassaigne, in order to realise this particular and unique Champagne Blanc de Blancs.
