Every year, the Domaine Jacques Lassaigne proposes different Cuvées with rather experimental vinifications to express in an original way the aromas of the depth of the soil of the Montgueux terroir. The Champagne Autour de Minuit “Grande Côte” is a Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay harvested in the 2016 vintage. This Champagne Blanc de Blancs is very complex, captivating, definitely interesting and out of the box. Recommended, especially for those looking for something new and rather extreme. Produced in extremely limited quantities.
