Cuvée Hemera 2006

The Cuvée Hemera 2006 is the flagship of the Maison Henriot. Its name is a tribute to the Greek goddess of daylight. Resulting from the balance between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from a particular harvest – of the same vintage – from 6 different Grands Crus, namely Chouilly, Avize and Mesnil-sur-Oger for Chardonnay and Mailly, Verzy and Verzenay for Pinot Noir, the wine rests at least 12 years on its yeasts and has a dosage of 5 g/l. This virtuous and luminous Cuvée is the magnificent expression of the style of the Maison.
