The Champagne Brut Rosé Dame-Jane by Henri Giraud is 64% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 6% Vin Rouge from Ay. The innovation in this Rosé is the use of a terracotta amphora during its maturation. Its name, Dame-Jane, recalls the French name of the big glass or terracotta tanks, used to move wine around some years ago.
