The Champagne Esprit Nature by Henri Giraud is not a reference to its dosage, but a kind of motto for the Maison, caring about nature. Thanks to the assemblage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Grand Cru vineyards, this Champagne has a very low dosage, a great mineral content and a long, vinous, warm and silky final structure.
