The Champagne Collection René Millésime by H. Goutorbe is a careful selection of old vintages that the founder’s son Henri Goutorbe wished to preserve and then release very sparingly. This Cuvée is the result of blending 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from exclusively Grands Crus-classified vineyards around the village of Aÿ. Harvest 1995 with vinification in stainless steel and maturation on its lees for over 25 years.

The Champagne Collection René Millésime 1995 by H. Goutorbe, given its age, should be tasted very patiently in order to best appreciate its vibrant acidity and generous fruit.
