Champagne Brut Nature by Gilbert Leseurre is the result of 100% Pinot Noir from old vines of age (35-40 years) of owned parcels in the Aube. Produced from grapes harvested from a single harvest, that of 2019, this Blanc de Noirs reflects the authenticity of the Aube terroir and its clayey-limestone composition. Vinification in steel, the Champagne Brut Nature is powerful, complex, saline, where citrus fruits and aromatic herbs frame a vibrant sip.
