Champagne Tradition by Gilbert Leseurre is the result of 100% Pinot Noir from vineyards of a single parcel in the Municipality of Arrenitères, in the Aube. Produced from grapes harvested from a single harvest, that of 2020, this Blanc de Noirs reflects the authenticity of the Aube terroir and its particular mineral composition. Vinification in steel with an 18-month rest on the yeasts, Champagne Tradition is fresh, crunchy, sapid and makes minerality its strong point. Dosage within the limits of Brut (5.5 g/l).
