The Champagne Demi- Sec Garennes is a novelty by Georges Laval, composed mainly of Meunier grapes (90%) and the remaining 10% of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The Meunier comes from the 2019 vintage harvested in the village of Chambrecy where the “vin de Réserve” from Cumières of the vintages 2013/2018 are added. Refinement and fermentation in oak barrels and 40 g/l dosage for this fruity, complex and tasty Demi-Sec Champagne.
