The Champagne Les Houtrants Complantés by René Geoffroy is the result of the same-name parcel in Cumiéres, planted in 2004 with Pinot Noir, Meunier, Chardonnay, Arbanne and Petit Meslier grapes. The percentage of grapes varies acording to the vintage, but all grapes are pressed together, the vinification occurs in steel tanks and the wine rests with cork caps according to the tradition. No final dosage in order to preserve its pureness and mineral content. This is a multi-vintage Champagne, produced in a limited and numbered quantity of 1,000 bottles per year.
