The Champagne Demi-Sec by Gatinois is the ‘sweet’ version of the Maison with a strong majority of Pinot Noir (80%) giving it richness and structure and the remaining 20% Chardonnay for an extra touch of elegance to the blend. The selection of grapes comes only from Grand Cru-classified vineyards located in the Villages of Aÿ.

Over 30% vin de réserve and a minimum of 2 years before disgorging for this fruity, fine and smooth Champagne Demi-Sec.
