Heurte-Loup 2018

The Champagne Heurte-Loup is a Blanc de Meunier from 100% Meunier grapes harvested from a single vineyard plot (Lieu-Dit) facing north and planted in 1965 near the village of Mardeuil in the Vallée de la Marne. 

Harvest 2018 with vinification and ageing for 10 months in oak barrels, second fermentation in the bottle for a further 36 months before dégorgement. Dosage of 0 g/l – making it a Brut Nature.

The 2018 vintage was a generally warm and yielded grapes of good maturity and optimal concentration, so Champagne Heurte-Loup combines its aromatic expression with an interesting minerality. The result is a soft and generous Blanc de Meunier.
