The Champagne Brut Zéro Dosage by François Secondé is composed of 1/3 Chardonnay and 2/3 Pinot Noir from vineyards with an average age of 38 years located in the area of the Montagne de Reims, more precisely in 3 villages classified as Grand Cru: Sillery, Mailly and Verzenay. Resulting from a single harvest with the addition of 30% of “vin de réserve“, an aging period of at least 24 months and no final dosage, this Champagne Brut Nature is pure and expressive.
