The Champagne Fluence by Franck Pascal is a blend of 55% Meunier, 26% Pinot Noir and 19% Chardonnay from vineyards in biodynamics conversion – namely plots where life is returning to reveal the complexity of the terroir. Undosed Champagne – Brut Nature – with no aggressive acidity and perfectly balanced, thanks to the meeting of minerality and tension in the grapes: from this meeting a feeling of natural freshness emerges.
