L’art d’être naturel is not only the motto of this Maison, which embraced the biodynamics in 1992, but also the lifestyle of the Fleury family. The meeting with the biodynamic agriculture considering the position of the stars was an authentic revelation. This Champagne is 100% Pinot Noir.

This Rosé de Saignée has a pink colour with orange nuances, it smells of berries (raspberry and Strawberry). It is a seducing Champagne both for the eyes and the mouth. Its vinification through maceration grants it its colour, bouquet, fineness and elegance.
