Variations 2015

The Champagne Variation 2015 by Fleury is made exclusively from 100% Pinot Gris grapes – ancient and rare grape variety authorized in the Champagne region. The vinification takes place in wooden barrels, no sulphites are added and the result is no dosage (0 g/l) – making it a Brut Nature – before dégorgement.

Powerful and complex Champagne Brut Nature with delicious aromas of yellow and exotic fruit. In the mouth it is generous with a delicate and persistent finish.
