Non Dosé Blanc de Blancs “Fallet-Gourron”

The Champagne Brut Nature (non dosé) Blanc de Blancs by Fallet-Prévostat comes from Chardonnay 100% and vineyards Grand Cru in Avize. It is the result of an assemblage of 2 vintages, vinified in Alsace barrels, resting on its yeasts for at least 6 years. Of a golden yellow colour, it smells complex with touches of yellow flowers and tropical fruits (mango, papaya) and bitter oranges. It tastes balanced and deeply mineral.

The producer also sells his Champagnes under these three labels: Fallet-Crouzet, Fallet-Gourron and Fallet-M.
