The Champagne Comète Numéro #2 Les Vallées by Étienne Calsac is the first edition of a new project of “cuvée éphemère“, therefore non-repeatable and with an extremely limited and numbered edition.

This edition comes from the vinification of only Chardonnay grapes from the 2019 vintage harvest of Lieu-Dit Les Vallées, a vineyard located near the village of Montegenost (Côte des Sézanne). Fermentation in a single barrel and no final dosage for this curious and unique Champagne Blanc de Blancs. Produced in a limited and numbered edition of only 450 bottles.
