Bansionensi Rosaé 2018

The Champagne Bansionensi Rosaé 2018 by Éric Taillet is a Rosé made of 100% Meunier grapes, grown in the Lieux-Dits ‘Les Pierreuses’ and ‘La Brusse’. Here, Meunier is the real master of the vineyards and its vines are very old. Pressing takes place in wood in the traditional manner and maturation on the lees is carried out in barrels and thermo-regulated vats, for a final total of more than 40 months of ageing. No final dosage for this Champagne Rosé Brut Nature.

The Champagne Bansionensi Rosaé is a unique rosé wine from the Champagne region, reflecting the high gastronomic potential of the Baslieux terroir. A perfect blend of maturity, finesse and delicacy, with an elegant rosé colour.
