Champagne Brut Tradition by Erick Schreiber is the result of 100% Pinot Noir coming from proprietary vineyards grown in Courteron, Bar-sur-Seine, in the Côte des Bar.

First Champagne of the range, this Blanc de Noirs is characterized by a blending with about 37% of vin de réserve, vinifies for a part in foudre and the dosage remains within the limits of the Brut. Champagne Brut Tradition perfectly represents the territory of the Côte des Bar: the Kimmeridgian soil gives structure, freshness and minerality.

Domaine Erick Schreiber respects the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture, all of its Champagnes are in fact certified for organic and biodynamic viticulture.
