The Champagne Chardonnay 2017 by Elise Dechannes is the result of 100% Chardonnay coming from vineyards of a single parcel owned by the family in the Val Preuse in Les Riceys, village of the Aube, also known for the AOC “Rosè des Ricey”.

Product of a single harvest, vinification with indigenous yeasts and minimal use of sulphites for this Blanc de Blancs which ages in fût de chêne. Bottle-ageing for at least 3 years and no added dosage (Brut Nature).

Champagne Chardonnay 2017 is a wine with a strong character: the nose opens with woody notes, the palate is dense, broad with a nice citronella finish. Limited production of only 1,235 bottles.
