Some producers consider the area of Aube a second-class territory, but Drappier is the proof of how false this prejudice is. The Champagne Grande Sendrée represents the  Cuvée de Prestige of the Maison, after an old parcel name, selected for this label. This Champagne is 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay a marvellous assemblage. When smelling, you can already understand the greatness of this exceptional Champagne.
