Some producers consider the area of Aube a second-class territory, but Drappier is the proof of how false this prejudice is. This Champagne was born in honour of the General De Gaulle. He visited Drappier in 1965 and fell in love with a particular Cuvée, which was later named after him. The smell is somoehow shy, but this Champagne is really fresh and fruity.
