Crayères 2019 by Domaine de Tuileries is the result of the blending of 45%
Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay e 10% Meunier grapes from selected Domaine vineyards
in Venteuil, in the Vallée de la Marne. The vineyards have been cultivated in
organic conversion since 2019 (organic certification from the 2022 harvest).

Millésime 2019,
this Blanc de Meunier vinifies in fût and ages on the lees in the natural chalk
cellar owned by Marx Coutelas family. No filtration process and no added dosage
(Brut Nature).
