The Collection Vinothèque by Maison Deutz is a prestigious line of important Vintage wines , resting in the cave on their yeasts and recently disgorged. Since 2016 a dedicate room in the cave has been created to allocate 250,000 bottles which will later turn into Champagnes Vinothèque by Deutz. An elegant but simple outfil, developed on this occasion, to value the Maison treasures. Absolutely limited productions.
