This Champagne is 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier, as an assemblage of different vintages. The Chardonnay brings freshness, Pinot Noir roundness and Pinot Meunier vinuousity. With its light yellow colour, with some green reflexes, this wine is fresh, lively and balanced, and tastes like honey.
