The Champagne Chemin des Terroirs by De Sousa is the result of the blending of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Meunier from vineyards grown in organic agriculture. Aged for over 24 months on its own yeasts and dosage 6 g/l – makinf it a Brut – for this elegant and persistent Champagne.
