Denis Salomon‘s Champagne Demi-Sec Histoire de Famille is made from 100% Meunier from the best grapes in the vineyards located around Vandières and Verneuil villages in Vallée de la Marne heart. This Champagne is made from the base of the 2019 vintage (for 75%) vinified with the 2005–2018 vintages using the Solera method (for 25%). Champagne Histoire de Famille vinified in steel tanks, followed by a light filtration and ageing on the lees for 2 years. Malolactic fermentation is not sought.

This Champagne, also called Carte Noir, is the perfect expression of terroir combined with the know-how of five generations, of which Nicolas Salomon is the heir.

Belonging to the category Demi-Sec with a residual sugar of 32 g/l, Champagne Histoire De Famille is a harmonious wine with delicate aromas, ideal to accompany cakes and biscuits.
