Champagne Argilla Villonissa by Copinet (Marie) is the result of 100% Chardonnay coming from vines owned by the Domaine in the village of Villenauxe la Grande, in the Côte de Sézanne.

This Blanc de Blancs Champagne reflects the character of the clay-limestone terroir of origin and of the particular winemaking process that takes place in particular egg-shaped containers of sandstone.

The nose is rich and concentrated with clayey accents, followed by subtle notes of licorice, fresh meringue and fruit; the palate is soft and fresh, with a creamy effervescence, the mineral notes delicately embrace the palate. The whole acquires a saline finish that reveals an infused bitter note, as a signature of the terroir. The whole is expressed openly and without concessions, a harbinger of ever greater pleasure. Ideal for gourmet dishes.
