Champagne La Cocarde by Copinet (Marie) is the result of 100% Chardonnay coming from a selection of the best grapes from the clayey soils of Montgenost, in the Côte de Sézanne.

No added dosage for this fresh, fine and satisfying Blanc de Blancs Champagne, which reflects the characteristics of the terroir of origin: bright straw color, fruity and mineral notes stand out on the nose; the palate is fresh and savory with characteristic chalky notes. Ideal for fish dishes and with shellfish.

Experimentally designed by the artist-winemaker (hence the name Épreuve d’Artiste), Champagne La Cocarde was initially intended to remain in the cellars of the Domaine for internal use only. It is also certified “Vegan“, which identifies those wines that do not use animal substances during the winemaking process.
