The Champagne Largillier Nature by Coessens is 100% Pinot Noir from an old parcel called Minéral located in the family monopoly land. This Blanc de Noirs has no final dosage and rests for over a year on its yeasts, compared to the Brut Blanc de Noirs. Intense Champagne Nature and surprisingly mineral. Produced in an extremely limited quantity of about 4,000 bottles a year.
