The Champagne Loiselu 2018 by Christian Gosset is a Blanc de Noirs from 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested in the plot of the same name –lieu-dit – planted in 1963 near Ay, a village classified as Grand Cru in the Vallée de la Marne. Harvest 2018 with vinification in fût de chêne and final dosage of 1 g/l – making it an Extra Brut – for this gastronomic Champagne Blanc de Noirs of great personality.

The Champagne Blanc de Pinot Noir Loiselu by Christian Gosset is intense on the nose, remembering of wheat, almond, bergamot, violet and black tea. On the palate the attack is tender, then broad, dense, rich, generous, almost full-bodied, and balanced by a discreet dosage. The finish is decidedly long, fruity, chalky and salty.
