The Champagne Blanc de Millénaires 2007 is made of 100% Chardonnay, a real Blanc de Blancs. There are 5 main Crus of the Côte des Blancs that have been meticulously chosen for their ability to evolve and for their ability to express their full wealth when mature: Oger for its oiliness and structure, Mesnil-sur-Oger for balance, Avize for its minerality, Cramant for its complexity and Vertus for its freshness and floral notes.

It was 1993 when Charles Heidsieck presented his first Blanc des Millénaires, since then the Maison has only unveiled six more vintages for its famous Blanc de Blancs: 1985, 1990, 1995, 2004, 2006 and 2007.

Beautifully clear, broad and distinctive, this Cuvée shows all the noble characteristics of Chardonnay, immense and eternal freshness. Gold in color with green reflections, it brings to the nose a bouquet perfectly balanced between elegance and richness.
