Champagne Rosé by Carole Haudot is the result of the blending of 86% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Noir from grapes of the chalky soils of Vitry-en-Perthois in the Côte des Blancs. Three years in the cellar for this Rosé, a tasty combination of finesse and roundness. A round, silky Champagne, a bold blend of raspberry aromas and white flowers. Dosage within the limits of Brut.
