Les Val Mentra

The Champagne Les Val Mentra is part of the 4 editions of the new collection “Le Parcellarires” recently released by Domaine C.H. Piconnet.

Resulting from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Blanc grapes and the 2018 vintage from the same-name parcel (lieu-dit), grapes are selected according to the so called “massive selection” –  a technique for reproducing vines that aims to preserve their intra-varietal genetic variability and to obtain grapes of the highest quality in order to preserve the distinctive features of the vineyard and its relationship with the terroir.

No final dosage – making it a Brut Nature – for this salty and mineral Champagne Blanc de Blancs that is also a great representative of its own terroir. Produced in limited quantities of only 1,041 bottles and 48 Magnums.
