Champagne Brice
Héritage Rosé XVIII
Brice’s Champagne Héritage Rosé XVIII is the fruit of 70% Pinot Noir of which 10% of Côteaux Champenoise Bouzy Rouge, and 30% Chardonnay, from grapes coming from the villages of Bouzy, Ambonnay, Grauves (Montagne de Reims) and Loches-sur-Ource (Aube).
The vinification is traditional and obtained by blending with Côteaux Champenoise Bouzy Rouge; approximately 15% of vin de réserve stored in 228 L barrels is added to the base vintage wine (harvest 2018).
This Champagne vinifies in steel tanks, malolactic fermentation is not performed, as no filtration process is done; aging in bottle on its own yeasts for more than 2 years. The final dosage remains within the Brut parameters.
The Champagne Héritage releases aromas of red fruits, on the palate it is vinous with a long finish. Ideal with dishes based on oysters, shellfish and foie gras, it goes well with desserts.
