The Champagne BD’N – Blanc de Noirs by Domaine Bourgeois-Diaz is made from 30% Meunier and 70% Pinot Noir grapes harvested on clayey-calcareous soil. The vinification takes place for 50% in steel and for another 50% in fût de chêne. No final dosage – making it a Brut Nature – for this powerful, vinous and gutsy Blanc de Noirs. Limited production of only 2,790bottles.
