Petit Melange

The Champagne Petit Melange by Bonnet-Ponson is the result of blending the 7 grape varieties authorised in the Champagne region: Arbane, Chardonnay, Petit Meslier, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Meunier, from two harvests – 2018 and 2019 – from vineyards located around the villages of Chamery, Vrigny and Coulommes.

The 7 grape varieties are harvested and pressed together (at the end of the harvest), and fermented and stored in the 10 hl sandstone egg until blending. Bottling takes place in May following the harvest. This first edition is composed of 50% 2018 vintage and 50% 2019 vintage.

No added sulphites and no final dosage (making it a Brut Nature) to enhance the great complexity and rare aromas. Produced in a limited edition of only 900 bottles.
