The Champagne Le Jour by Bonnet-Ponson is a Blanc de Noirs, resulting from 100% Meunier grapes, grown in the same-name lieu-dit planted in 1971 on clay-chalky soil in the area of Vrigny – a village classified as Premier Cru in the Montagne de Reims. Harvest 2019, vinification in fût de chêne, no added sulphites, and an ageing period on yeasts of at least 24 months before disgorging. No final dosage for this fruity and spicy Champagne Blanc de Meuniers.
