Champagne Carnet de Léone by Bolieu is made from 100% Chardonnay from the best grapes selected from vineyards over 40 years old in Bassuet in the Côte des Blancs.

This Champagne is aged in oak barrels and it has dosage within the limits of Extra Brut.

The Champagne Carnet de Léone has an important olfactory breadth on exotic fruity notes and ripe citrus, quince, a fine toast and a touch of white spice. The palate is also broad, with fruity notes of cedar, quince and more extravagant notes of mango, passion fruit and prickly pear. Roundness and softness with a lingering finish.
