Cuvée Sous Bois 2008

The Champagne Cuvée Sous Bois by Boizel is the result of the richness of the vintage 2008 and the selection of grapes from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. As typical for the Maison Boizel Champagnes, the purest juice from the first pressing is used. A truly rare Champagne vinified exclusively in old wooden barrels as in the 19th century, enjoying a long period of ageing, namely 12 years, and the addition of a very low dosage (3 g/l) to preserve the natural balance and finesse of the aromas.

A unique expression of a great Champagne Millésime that combines structure and authority.
