Champagne Boizel
Brut Réserve Magnum
The Champagne Brut Réserve by Boizel is the result of an assemblage of the three main Champagne varieties: Chardonnay – flowery bouquet and pure elegance -, Pinot Noir – fine and structured, and Meunier – supple and fruity. It comes from a selection of the 30 best Crus of the Champagne region, after the vinification of the free-run must. The still wine from the vintage is assembled with 30% vin de réserve, produced in the previous two vintages. Its shining gold colour and its perlage show its great fineness. The smell is fine and fresh, recalling white flowers, followed by peach and apricot, with touches of citrus and croissants. It is seducing in your mouth, fresh and round, generally well balanced. The primary aromas are amplified, together with cooked pear and acacia honey. An interesting happy hour wine, as well as a great company in case of a Japanese meal or sea fruit dishes.
