Cuvée Elisabeth Salmon 2008

The Cuvée Rosé Elisabeth Salmon by Maison Billecart-Salomon was created in 1988 to honour the founder’s wife Elisabeth Salmon, co-founder of the Maison. This Champagne is 40% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay and 10% Vin Rouge. Extremely refined Champagne Rosé, with a strong personality and delicacy. It is considered one of the five best Rosé in the Champagne region.
