The Champagne Blanc de Blancs by Maison Billecart-Salmon is made from 100% Chardonnay, from only Grand Cru classified vineyards in the Côte des Blancs area, more precisely from Avize, Choully, Cramant and Le-Mesnil.

The Champagne Blanc de Blancs by Maison Billecart-Salmon has a fine mousse and delicate bubbles that elegantly accompany the luminous golden reflections. To the nose it reveals aromas of dried fruit (almonds, fresh hazelnuts) mingle with those of white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it has a creamy sensation of a fine bubble combined with brioche and mineral nuances. The finish is persistent, with a fresh and elegant softness.

This Cuvée reveals all the peculiarities of this grape variety: its complexity, its great vinosity and surprising freshness in the end.
