The Champagne Brut Nature Violaine by Benoit Lahaye is the result of blending 50% Chardonnay from the Les Argentiéres plot in Tauxiéres and 50% Pinot Noir from the Les Monts de Tours plot in Bouzy. Harvest 2016, vinification in fût de chêne – no added sulphur dioxide (Sans Soffre) – and no dosage during disgorging – making it a Brut Nature.
