The Champagne Blanc de Blancs by Benoît Lahaye is the fruit of 100% Chardonnay from a parcel (lieu-dit) of only 0.12 hectares in Les Mont-Ferrés, namely in the village of Voipreux – not far from Vertus – in the area of the Côte des Blancs. Equal assembly of two harvests (2019-2018), zero added sulphites and no final dosage for this fascinating and unusual Champagne Blanc de Blancs.
