The Champagne Cuvée de l’Orme by Benoît Dehu comes from a single grape variety, Pinot Noir, and from a single plot (Lieu-Dit) located at the foot of the hill and made from a massive selection of clones originating from Pommard. It is a Champagne Blanc de Noirs with no final dosage, extremely concentrated, very pure and well structured. Produced in extremely limited quantities.
